Today's Debrief:
One must take advantage of every day of life!
Drink beer and eat deepfried goodness in the best of company. Watch soccer games just for the sake of screaming at a television. Drink expensive coffee if it means deep conversations with a gorgeous view of the city. Take walks on the beach no matter how strong the wind or brisk the winter air. Trust the advice of a perfect stranger because their advice comes from a view in which you have yet to see or hear. Swollow your pride, let down your guard and for a night, hooking arms with Chileans, scream their national cheer, dress in a ridiculous costume, and dance salsa/mambo/reggaeton in a rundown boathouse till 4 o'clock in the morning.
In this moment there's no measurement of success to strive for. no amount of worry to distract you. and no eyes to judge who you really are. Just life to live! Y vivir no mas!
